How long does production and shipping take?
Every item is made to order. Production typically takes 3–7 business days, followed by 7–15 business days for shipping. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can be changed or canceled only before production begins. Since every item is custom made, we cannot modify or cancel an order once production has started.
